Pelham Structures Ltd is a family-run business specialising in the design, manufacture and construction of high-quality timber frame buildings. Established in 1993, we combine traditional craftsmanship with modern construction methods to deliver sustainable, energy-efficient homes and developments.
Timber frame construction sits at the heart of our business. Every structure is designed and manufactured in-house, giving us complete control over quality, precision and performance. This approach allows us to deliver highly efficient buildings while maintaining the flexibility required for truly bespoke projects.
We work with self-build clients, homeowners, builders and developers, providing bespoke timber frame structures for projects of all scales, from garden outbuildings and individual homes to large residential developments and commercial buildings.
Alongside supplying timber frames nationwide, our own self-build developments offer a turnkey route to creating a bespoke home, with our experienced team managing the construction from start to completion.
From individual sites to major development schemes, our land promotion and development expertise spans residential, commercial, care and mixed-use projects. With a proven track record of successfully bringing forward numerous developments, we work alongside landowners and stakeholders to unlock opportunities, navigate the planning process and realise the full potential of each site.
Based in Clavering on the Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Essex border, our property development and land promotion work is concentrated across the surrounding region, including Cambridge, Bishop’s Stortford, Hertford, Royston and Saffron Walden. Our timber frame expertise extends across the South East, where we supply bespoke structures to builders, developers and self-build clients. As members of the Structural Timber Association, the National Custom and Self Build Association and the Federation of Master Builders, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards across everything we do.
